Due to a bug, reaching Battle Pass level 50 on a paid pass during Patch 25.S1.1 is only granting the Prestige skin and not the border/icon. While we plan on fixing this and delivering the border/icon with Patch 25.S1.2, you can also write in to Player Support and we'll get you squared away right now.
