End of Season 2024 - Split 3

The third and final split of 2024 will soon come to a close, along with the season. In fact, this will be the last time before things change in 2025, so be sure to celebrate with extra gusto!

When does Season 2024 Split 3 End?

League's Ranked Season 2024 Split 3 ends January 8, 2025 @ 11:59:59pm* local server time (or 15 minutes earlier at 11:45pm local server time for apex ranks of Master, Grandmaster, and Challenger) and Ranked Year 2025 Season 1 Act 1 starts just 12 hours later at noon local server time. Here are a few specifics on how it all works:

  • For Ranked League of Legends, if you are on the Loading Screen (out of Champ Select) by January 8, 2025 at 11:59:59pm in your local server time, this will be the last game to count towards your rewards.
  • Rewards are calculated based on your tier at exactly that moment (including the last game as mentioned above), and not the highest tier you achieved during the split. If you decay or get demoted before the deadline, it will count. If you think you're going to decay, it's better to play a game than risk missing out.
  • If you qualify for the Victorious Master Yi skin but don't own the champion, he'll be automatically added to your account as rewards are given out.
  • Master and above lock on January 8, 2025 11:45pm local server time. Games that aren't completed before the ladder updates are not counted, so don't wait until the last minute to finish your climb to Master.

Honor Requirements

When we say it pays to be honorable, we mean it. You need to be at least Honor 2 to earn end-of-split rewards for Summoner's Rift. Prior bans or chat restrictions affect your eligibility, so channel your inner Demacian and fight with honor.

Where can I check my honor level?

You can check your current Honor level in the League Client by heading to Profile > Overview.

Boosted = BUSTED

Boosted accounts and boosting behavior results in an immediate account suspension, honor level removal, and exclusion from seasonal/split ranked rewards. Repeat offenders will receive a full account ban from League of Legends.

League of Legends Season 2024 Split 3 Rewards

While you'll earn several rewards just by progressing through the split reward track, the grand prize awaiting you at the end of Season 2024 Split 3 is Master Yi and his Victorious Master Yi skin.

Ranked Summoner's Rift Solo/Duo & Flex Queue Rewards

Whether you earn Master Yi and his Victorious Master Yi Skin depends on both the number of Split Points you earn and what rank you hit:

Iron–Silver: 1000 SP Required
Gold+: 80 SP Required

Once you get Victorious Master Yi, the accompanying chromas depend on which ranks you achieve beyond Iron. That means every tier above Iron unlocks a new chroma in addition to the ones before it, so never stop climbing!

Summoner's Rift Ranked Rewards

Ranked lobby banners and regalia update throughout the split as usual, but the following rewards are only given out once the split ends.

IronBronzeSilverGoldPlatinumEmeraldDiamondMasterGrandmasterChallenger
  • Master Yi Ranked Eternal Series 2
  • 1000 SP: Master Yi Champion
  • 1000 SP: Victorious Master Yi Skin

In addition to the rewards outlined above, you'll get an emote and an icon flexing the highest rank you received this past year.

If you managed to earn the Victorious skin for all three splits this year, you'll get a splash art border showing the highest rank you received this year on all three of this year's Victorious skins!

When will I get my rewards?

Rewards start coming out with Patch 25.S1.1 (Previously 15.1) on January 7, but this might extend into Patch 25.S1.2 (Previously 15.2). Don't worry if it takes a few weeks to get your rewards, but if you still don't have them by mid-February, submit a ticket and we'll get you sorted.

Transfers and Ranked

If you transfer before the split ends, keep in mind that you will need to replay your full placements again, and you will likely seed lower than you were before. Also, your Honor level won't be the same as it was on the previous server. If you really want to transfer, we suggest waiting until after we bring transfers back up after ranked rewards are sent out.

We disable transfers just before the split ends to try and divvy out rewards before potential server-swapping.

Also, please bear in mind that every transfer has a 90 day cooldown. That means that even when transfers are brought back online, you'll have to wait to transfer again if it's been less than 90 days since you made the jump.
