What Is the Sanctum?
The Sanctum is an exclusive League of Legends shop where you can use Ancient Sparks (available for 400 RP each) to have a shot at drawing super-rare content. The Sanctum is always available with a rotating set of prizes, so any Ancient Sparks you buy will remain in your inventory until you spend them.
What Kind of Goodies Are in the Sanctum?
There are three tiers of content you stand to win, each with their own drop rate:

Exalted Skins
The Sanctum is the only place you can get exalted skins, a new line of cosmetics geared to speak specifically to a champion's character with even more bells and whistles than mythic variants. Each exalted skin is only available in the Sanctum for a set period of time before being rotated out for a new one—shoot your shot while you can!
If you don't get the skin you want before it rotates out, don't worry—your Ancient Sparks won't have gone to waste, as you're guaranteed to get an exalted skin by your 80th draw.
Event Content
Some of the event skins you can purchase for RP will also drop from the Sanctum. If you get lucky, you might end up with a brand new skin for a fraction of the price. You can also get other time-limited goodies like banners and chromas.

Random icons, emotes, and Mythic Essence are always available as potential drops from the Sanctum.
No Duplicates
If you're a high roller who's managed to completely clear the content from the S-or-A-Tier, don't worry—instead of duplicates, you'll get a lump sum of Mythic Essence.
Refund Policy
While unused Ancient Sparks can be refunded back to RP within 14 days of purchase with the use of a Refund Token, any content you draw from the Sanctum cannot be refunded.
