SOFORT is an e-commerce payment system available in several countries in EU, mainly Germany and Austria. This method allows players to make RP purchases using direct online transfers from their bank account. For more information about this payment method, please click here.
How to make a SOFORT purchase
- Go to the store and click the "Purchase RP" button.
- Select the SOFORT payment option. Choose the bundle that you wish to purchase.
- Type in your Email Address (this is where the transaction receipt will be mailed to).
- Confirm that your details are correct.
- You will be redirected to SOFORT's page to complete the rest of your transaction. Follow the instructions provided to you.
I have not received my RP
Sometimes SOFORT transactions may experience delays due to an error that occurs when the transaction is being finalized. Your payment should be processed within 3-5 business days, and you will receive your RP accordingly.
If you have not received your RP after one week, please contact Player Support with the following information:

- Server:
- Date of transaction:
- Amount of payment:
- A screenshot of the transaction (detailed view) with a visible Transaction ID and Date
