Account Management Tool
How do you access the tool?
Every League of Legends account has access to an account management tool. You can access this tool by logging in to the League of Legends website and clicking your Summoner name in the top right corner of the page.
- Click "Login" at the top right corner.
- Log in with your account credentials as usual.
- Once logged in, your Summoner Name should appear at the top. Click on this button, then select Settings.
What exactly does it do?
This tool can be used to:
- Verify the email address linked to your account
- Change the email address associated with your account
- Change the password on your account
- View the Summoner's Code Agreement
The navigation toolbar can be found on the left hand side of the account management pop-up.
When registering for a new account, we choose an appropriate region for you automatically, based on your current location. If you wish to sign up for a different region, be sure to select the region from the 'Region:' menu on the sign up page.
If you would like to transfer your account to another server after creating your account, you can do so by purchasing a transfer in the store. You can find out more about how to transfer, what regions you can transfer to, and how your account will be affected here.
You are also more than welcome to create a new account on the desired server.

Summoner Name Changes
Players may purchase Summoner name changes through the store in the game client under the "Account" section.

This security measure authenticates the email address linked to your League of Legends account. With this added security, you will receive email alerts any time there are charges made to you account. It also helps out with any account verification that may be needed.

Can I transfer content between my accounts?
Unfortunately, we do not process the transfer of content between two accounts, regardless of server. Account content includes but is not necessarily limited to: Champions, skins, Blue Essence, Riot Points, boosts, and rune pages.
I can't access my account! What do I do?

Can I delete/disable my account?

What can you tell me about the European server split?
We have a huge number of players logging in from Europe every day. Because it wasn't possible to host everybody on the same server, we ended up splitting the European server into EU West and EU Nordic and East shards on June 1, 2010. Anyone is welcome to play on whatever server they choose, however, for your consideration we made a list of countries that consider one of the above shards to be their "home server".
