Last week we rolled out an improved sign up service to League of Legends, however an issue occurred that resulted in us not capturing your date of birth.
We have set up a website for you to easily provide this information. Simply sign into your League of Legends account, select your date of birth from the dropdown, and click “Update your account”.
Why should I do this?
Unfortunately, we require accurate information to be recorded including date of birth. Without this information, from the 20th of June 2017, we will have to put your account on hold until a valid date of birth has been provided.
What do you mean “On a hold?”
When this occurs, you won’t be able to play League of Legends, until this information is provided. Your account won’t be placed on-hold, as long as you provide your date of birth information prior to the date mentioned above.
